Casting Cable Protector, Control Line Protector Protecting Control Lines, ESP Cables
Tiptop provides a wide range of control line protector products, which are widely used in coupling protector, mid joint protector, and safety valve collar protection in the oil & gas industry. Casting cable protectors are mainly made of carbon steel or stainless steel, which are widely applied to tubing hoop, safety valve protection, ESP, Cable and control line’s protection. The body of cable protectors is produced by precision casting using high-grade materials to ensure product reliability. Casing cable protector adopts investment casting technical and special toughness processing to enhance strength and reliability. Being unique design of smooth streamline, it prevents damage during dynamic motion in tubing production and ensures continuity and accuracy in the gauges complication. Cable protectors can be rapidly and reliably installed with no separate or loose parts or pins, prevents cross threading, and reduces the potential hang up risk. Meanwhile, it demounts easily and allows reinstallation.
Special cable protectors include safety valve protector, ESP clamps, pumping centralizers, and etc.
