Rig Floor Handling Tool Hydraulic Center Latch Elevator, Side Door Elevator
Hydraulic elevators are the rig tool used in petroleum and gas drilling. During making a trip, hydraulic elevators can hang the tapered Drill pipe, drill collar, casing and tubing through exchanging the bushings conveniently, safely and reliably and favors extending the service life of main body of elevators. The products shall be designed and manufactured according to the requirements in API Spec 8C Specification for Drilling and Production Hoisting Equipment and uses the hydraulic control system, which makes the operation more convenient, effectively reduces the workers’ labor intensity and improves the work efficiency; it can also realize remote control and make the use safer and more reliable.
Hydraulic elevator DDZH is a center latch elevator. Hydraulic elevator CDZH is a side door elevator with double-vale structure.
The hydraulic elevators are mainly made up of main body verso, main recto, bushing (Drill pipe bushing, drill collar bushing, casing bushing, tubing bushing), latch, latch, safety handle, hinge pin, spring, hydraulic system.
All the key components of hydraulic elevators are made of the high-strength alloy steel, ensuring the safety and reliability of elevators.
